Reservations and Information Guaranteeing a reservation: Reservations must be guaranteed by an advance deposit, either by MasterCard, or Visa. When a credit card is used, it is processed at that time. The deposit is equal to one night’s stay or half the total stay; whichever is greater. Cancellations: Refunds, less a $25 processing fee, will be made if notice of cancellation is received at least 7 days before the date of arrival. Otherwise, deposits are not refundable unless the room is re-booked. Deposits are not transferable to another date unless the change is requested 7 days in advance of your stay. You are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. Minimum Reservations: Two night minimum stay is required on weekends. Exceptions for non-holiday weekends: December through March. Other times of year, feel free to call to check availability for a single night weekend stay. Payment: Payment for all accommodation and incidental charges must be made upon check-out (less deposit taken). Visitors, Room Damage & General Behavior: No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10 pm. The registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all persons/visitors while on the property.
