Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Standard check-in time is 1pm but we suggest you ring to see if an earlier check-in is possible

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 8pm (6pm on Sundays). We have a key safe beside the reception door for guests arriving after hours

Q: Do you have undercover parking?
A: There is undercover parking for the apartments only.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at the Highlander are non-smoking

Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: No. We provide room service dinner Monday to Thursday (inclusive). Room service breakfast is available 7 days per week.

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, for both breakfast (7 days) and dinner (Monday to Thursday inclusive).

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: Yes, we provide FREE Wireless broadband internet to all of our rooms

Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have a BBQ area beside the pool and a gazebo in the grounds of the motel

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: 2 minutes by car to Grand Central Shopping Centre (Myer, Target, Coles, Specialty shops and an Event Cinema Complex). We are also just a couple of minutes drive from Clifford Gardens shopping centre (Big W, Coles, Woolworths, Banks and specialty shops). There is a small convenience shopping centre within walking distance.

Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: We are within 2-5 minutes by car of number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Dominos Pizza, Chinese, Indian and Thai. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list

Q: Do you have Foxtel?
A: Yes, We have the standard Foxtel motel package available in all rooms

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged if the room cannot be relet.

Q: How do I guarantee by booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking or payment of the first nights’ accommodation.
