A: If you require an earlier Check-In time please make prior arrangements. Our standard check-in time is 2pm

A: Yes, we serve breakfast and dinner in the Garden Room , our BYO restaurant and Function Room. Prior Notice (the day before) and bookings are essential.

A: Yes, for both breakfast and dinner. There is an additional charge of $5.50/person for meals delivered to rooms

A: We have limited Wireless internet facilities

A: Greentrees has a BYO Restaurant. Bookings are essential. We are also within 2-5 minutes by car of number of restaurants (Fine Dining and Family Friendly) and fast food outlets including Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Dominos Pizza, chinese, indian, thai and japanese. Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Deposits will be refunded under the following conditions. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for most cancellations. However, at least one week’s notice must be given prior to the reservation date if it is a Public Holiday, Long Weekend, Peak District Event or Period. Cancellations received with less notice than the periods of time stipulated here will incur the full amount of the first night’s cancelled accommodation charges.
