Newcastle Beach Hotel features 47 hotel rooms, conference and meeting spaces - we can cater for your function from 2 - 200 people. Our hotel features 5 meeting areas encompassing of The Terrace, Apollo, Scratchley, Norfolk and Fort rooms. These rooms are spacious and feature abundant natural light and complimentary Wi-Fi. Our Events Manager takes pride in anticipating your needs and offering advice, providing the attention to detail and personal service that is key to creating a memorable event.

Looking over Parnell Park, the Terrace Room offers the most space of our function rooms. This is our most flexible room, being able to cater for Conferences, weddings, seminars, presentations and special occasions. It has floor to ceiling windows with some spectacular venues of the city and harbour.

For your smaller function, it can be a training room, dining room, cocktail lounge, board room, break-out room, product show-room, small theatre. With access to our terrace lounge area, you get extra space to organise or unwind. This rooms breaks into two smaller rooms great for break out rooms, or just to hold your board room events.

The Apollo Rooms is made up of four space rooms, great for your small meetings, conduct off-site interviews, out of town meetings or even need an office space while you are in town on business. It has its only lounge area, great for the client to wait for their interview or meeting or perfect for after meeting beverages

The Scratchley Room, our medium sized room, offers flexibility, intimacy and convenience. Suited to medium sized conferences, training seminars, guest speaker luncheons, weddings and special occasions.

When you need to conduct off-site interviews, out of town meetings or even need an office space while you are in town on business. This room is great ad tucked away from the rest of the fucntions rooms.
