Newcastle Beach Hotel features 47 hotel rooms, conference and meeting spaces - we can cater for your function from 2 - 200 people. Our hotel features 5 meeting areas encompassing of The Terrace, Apollo, Scratchley, Norfolk and Fort rooms. These rooms are spacious and feature abundant natural light and complimentary Wi-Fi. Our Events Manager takes pride in anticipating your needs and offering advice, providing the attention to detail and personal service that is key to creating a memorable event.

This rooms breaks into two smaller rooms great for break out rooms, or just to hold your board room events.

Apollo Rooms

The Apollo Rooms is made up of four space rooms, great for your small meetings, conduct off-site interviews, out of town meetings or even need an office space while you are in town on business. It has its only lounge area, great for the client to wait for their interview or meeting or perfect for after meeting beverages

Scratchley Room


The Scratchley Room, our medium sized room, offers flexibility, intimacy and convenience. Suited to medium sized conferences, training seminars, guest speaker luncheons, weddings and special occasions
