The Seaside Quarters is one of three new 2 bedroom fully self-contained accommodation units. It offers a main bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite with built-in robe. The second bedroom has a king single bed with built-in robes. The main bedroom has reverse cycle air-conditioning, with ceiling fans in the other bedroom.

The open kitchen comes with stone bench tops and plenty of built-in pantry and cupboard space. Cooking is via natural gas cooktops, electric oven and microwave. The kitchen includes a compact 450mm wide dishwasher. There is a Lavazza pod-style coffee machine with complimentary pods.

The open plan style integrates the kitchen with separate dining and lounge areas with a sunny northern side aspect off the lounge. At the rear of the single lock-up garage is a small but functional integrated laundry with washing machine and dryer and adjacent tub. The lounge room is warmly appointed with reverse cycle air conditioner and LCD flat screen TV.
