The second bedroom has a king single bed with built-in robes. The main bedroom has reverse cycle air-conditioning, with ceiling fans in the other bedroom.

The full kitchen comes with stone bench tops and plenty of built-in pantry and cupboard space. Cooking is via natural gas cooktops, electric oven and microwave. The kitchen includes a compact 450mm wide dishwasher. There is a Lavazza pod-style coffee machine with complimentary pods.
