Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Standard check-in time is 1pm.

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes. Please give us a call before 9pm if you want to arrive after 9.30pm. Reception closes at 9.30pm.

Q: What time is check-out ?
A: Check-out time is 10am. Late check-out can be arranged the night before and may attract a Late Check-Out fee.

Q: Do you have on-site parking?
A: Yes, we have free parking with 83 car parking spaces.

Q: How close is the motel to public transport?
A: Leumeah railway station is a 6 minute walk from the motel. Leumeah station is on the Airport Line and will deliver you to either the Domestic or International Airport in less than 50minutes or CBD in less than an hour.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at The Hermitage are non-smoking. Guests agree to the NON-SMOKING policy on sign-in and any breach may attract an additional cleaning charge of up to $150

Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: Yes, we serve breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast is served Monday-Friday morning 7am- 8.30am and on weekends by request. Please refer to the restaurant page for further info.

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, for both breakfast and dinner. We also have a bar in the restaurant that also provides room service.

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: Yes, We have wireless internet to all rooms free of charge. Limited download applies.

Q: Do you have an outdoor pool?
A: Yes, we have a 20metre swimming pool with a bubble spa. Lounge chairs and outdoor tables and chairs are located in the enclosed pool area. Hours are 7am -9pm daily.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by Train to Macarthur Square with over 190 specialty shops including David Jones, Big W, Target, Woolworths, Coles, 100 Fashion shops and an Event Cinemas 11 (including GOLD CLASS) Cinema Complex.

Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: The Hermitage has a Licenced Restaurant and Bar, open Monday to Saturday nights for dinner. We are also within 2-5 minutes walk to a of number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Oporto’s, McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Isabelle’s Pizza & Pasta, Sizzler’s . Q: Do you have Foxtel?
A: Yes. We have 10 Foxtel Channels to all rooms. They include 3 sporting channels, Sky News, Bio, Nick, Fox 8 and more.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged. No Show guests’ will be charged the first night rate for the booking.

Q: How do I guarantee my booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure room bookings or a $150 cash deposit.

Q. Can I pay cash or Eftpos for the motel room ?
A: Yes. However a bond of $150 or more plus photo ID is required.

Q: Do you have a gym?
A: All guests over the age of 16 years have complimentary use of the Gymnasium.
